How is Fun Pots responding to Covid-19?
Our top priority is keeping our customers and staff safe. We have put measures in place to ensure the studio is a safe, fun and relaxing environment for everyone, including reduced seating and extra cleaning measures. Please note the Studio is currently closed and we'll update on when we will be reopening as soon as we know.
Do I need to book?
To ensure we’re following government guidance on social distancing we have reduced the number of tables in the studio. We have therefore introduced a new booking system and are asking all customers to book in advance. To book your table, visit our painting in the studio page .
Is there parking outside the studio?
There is no parking available outside the studio, however there is a pay and display car park directly opposite Fun Pots. Find Us
How much does it cost?
Painting in the studio
Booking cost: on booking your painting slot there is a £15 deposit to secure your table. This will be fully deducted from your bill on the day of painting.
Firing cost: We charge a £6 firing cost per painter for each session. This covers the cost of the special ceramic paints, studio time and firing.
Pottery cost: Each pottery piece is individually priced. Prices start from £4. Learn more about painting in the studio
Painting at home
Pottery cost: Each pottery piece is individually priced. Prices start from £4. Visit our paint at home page to see our full range.
Firing cost: We charge a £6 firing cost per order. This covers the supply of a selection of our special ceramic paints, and the loan of any brushes and sponges you need.
Delivery cost: As well as collecting from the studio, we offer a postal delivery service. Our delivery charges are:
£5 for orders below £50
£7.50 for orders below £100
£10 for orders £100 and above
Please scroll to the bottom of the page to see our opening hours. To ensure as many people can paint as possible we have increased our opening hours, however these are subject to change dependent on booking numbers. If you are collecting or dropping off pottery please drop us a call in advance.
Can we bring food into the studio?
Currently we are asking customers not to bring food into the studio for safety and hygiene reasons. However we are serving our full range of hot and cold drinks for you to enjoy while you paint.
What support will I get if I paint at home?
We know that a big part of the Fun Pots experience is having our staff on hand to help while you paint. But don’t worry, if you’re painting at home we are still here to help with all your pottery painting needs!
Included in your paint at home kit is an instruction sheet. There are also videos, tips and further guidance available on our YouTube channel.
Does the paint stain clothes?
All our ceramic paints are water based so any spills or stains will disappear in the wash, making it a perfect home activity.
Can I still book a party?
Due to limited capacity in the studio, sadly we aren’t currently hosting parties. However our party packages are still available as a home painting kit. If you’re interested in doing a Fun Pot’s party at home please visit our party page.
